Staying flexible throughout our lives enables us to do the things we love. In this relaxing class, you’ll learn to stretch your muscles gently and gradually. You’ll increase your range of motion and flexibility. Proper stretching will help keep your body in balance, relieve soreness from overly tight muscles and will result in more fluid movement. Come dressed ready to move. Stretching mats will be provided, along with chairs for those who don’t want to be on the floor.
