Do you have the stamina and strength to live the life you want? Do you feel your strength slipping? If you have concerns over your body’s strength and endurance, this is a class for you. In this class you will undergo a strength assessment from a personal trainer which will let you see how your strength compares to others in your age-group. You will also learn the basics of what you need to do to keep your body strong and fit for life.
