7/24 : Flexibility for Function – Flexibility and Range of Motion impacts your life more than you know. From managing Arthritis or lower back pain, to just being able to pick something up off the floor, easily, stretching can make all the difference. In this class, you will learn all the ways stretching can improve how you feel and how you move. You will also receive a Flexibility Assessment that will show you how your current range of motion compares to others in your age group.
7/26 : Senior Stretch Sampler Class – Staying flexible throughout our lives enables us to do the things we love. In this relaxing class, you’ll learn to stretch your muscles gently and gradually. You’ll increase your range of motion and flexibility. Proper stretching will help keep your body in balance, relieve soreness from overly tight muscles and will result in more fluid movement. Come dressed ready to move. Stretching mats will be provided, along with chairs for those who don’t want to be on the floor.
