7/17 : Strength for Life Do you have the stamina and strength to live the life you want? Do you feel your strength slipping? If you have concerns over your body’s strength and endurance, this is a class for you. In this class you will undergo a strength assessment from a personal trainer which will let you see how your strength compares to others in your age-group. You will also learn the basics of what you need to do to keep your body strong and fit for life.
7/19 : Strength Training Sampler Class Staying strong throughout your life is vital to ensure your independence. In this motivating class you will explore and sample exercises and strength training options that can work for you. Lead by a seasoned group exercise instructor, this fun class will take you through a sequence of exercises designed to strengthen all major muscle groups. All levels welcome. Come to class ready to move your body and wear good supportive tennis shoes. Equipment provided.
