Engineers understand complex problems, can find a range of solutions, and often must convince others for support of development programs or changes. With our technical background, we should be good presenters, but sometimes we struggle with important messages in presentations. This program will identify an approach using familiar engineering tools to design and deliver successful presentations.

After many years as an electrical engineer designing industrial instrumentation, Mark went back to earn both a bachelors and masters degree in Communication Studies. He is an adjunct professor at two local universities and is immediate past-president of Minnesota Chapter of IABC (International Association of Business Communicators), Mark is a communication trainer, conference speaker and educator. He helps organizations and individuals get more done in less time through communication, employee engagement, and collaboration. He speaks engineer and is uniquely able to present communication concepts in language they understand.
