Chris Policinski is President and Chief Executive Officer of Land O’Lakes, Inc., the second largest cooperative in the nation which does business in the U.S. and more than 50 countries and has sales of over $15 billion.
Chris has over 35 years of experience in the food industry, joined Land O’Lakes in 1997, and was appointed President and CEO in 2005. Prior to joining Land O’Lakes, Chris held leadership positions with Kraft General Foods, Bristol-Myers Squib and The Pillsbury Company.
Chris is a member of Board of Directors of several industry associations (Grocery Manufacturers Association, National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, and U.S. Global Leadership Coalition), is involved in local community boards (Trustee of University of Minnesota Foundation, Carlson School Board of Advisors) and others. He is also a member of the board of directors for Xcel Energy, Hormel Foods, GENYOUth Foundation and Catholic Relief Services.
Chris earned his M.B.A. degree from New York University, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
