Louis Jambois, President and CEO of Saint Paul Port Authority
Louis Jambois is the Port Authority's President and Chief Executive Officer. As President, Jambois leverages the Port's strengths in redevelopment, business and workforce development with similar expertise among a myriad of economic development partners and continues to develop and diversify Saint Paul and the East Metro.
Michael Langley, CEO of GREATER MSP
Michael Langley is the founding CEO of GREATER MSP, the Minneapolis Saint Paul Regional Economic Development Partnership. He brings years of experience to this role as a widely recognized economic development strategist who has also led successful regional economic development organizations in Florida and Pennsylvania.
Heather Worthington, Deputy County Manager of Ramsey County
Heather Worthington has 16 years of experience in the public sector and has served in leadership positions both within neighborhood and city government. In 2010, she was hired as the first Deputy County Manager of Ramsey County, and is responsible for oversight of the County Manager's Office, Intergovernmental Relations, and numerous other departments.

Sam Black is the Senior Reporter at the Minneapolis - St. Paul Business Journal where he writes news about commercial real estate, economic development and manufacturing in the Twin Cities. He joined the Business Journal in 2000, and has won numerous honors for his work, including two first place awards in the past two years from the National Association of Real Estate Editors.
